The Global Journal of Dental Specialty (GJDS) requires all authors, reviewers, and editors to disclose any financial, personal, institutional, or professional relationships that could influence, or be perceived to influence, the research, peer review, or publication process. The journal follows the recommendations of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Authors must declare all potential conflicts of interest at the time of manuscript submission, including funding sources, employment, consultancies, stock ownership, honoraria, patents, or other relationships that may affect the objectivity of the research. If no conflicts exist, authors should state: "The authors declare no conflicts of interest."
Reviewers and editors must disclose any conflicts that could compromise their impartiality. Individuals with significant conflicts of interest must decline participation in the review or editorial decision-making process to ensure an independent and unbiased evaluation.
All authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose potential conflicts of interest.
Financial and non-financial conflicts must be declared transparently.
Funding sources must be clearly identified in the manuscript.
Undisclosed conflicts may result in manuscript rejection, correction, or retraction.
The journal manages conflicts of interest in accordance with ICMJE and COPE ethical guidelines.
