AQCH follows international publishing ethics and transparency standards. An Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 300 is applicable only for manuscripts that have successfully completed the peer-review process and have been formally accepted for publication.
The APC covers editorial handling, peer-review administration, copyediting, typesetting, online hosting, publication, and long-term digital archiving of the article.
Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions. All submissions are evaluated solely on scientific quality, originality, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal's scope. Editorial decisions remain completely independent of financial considerations, in accordance with internationally recognized publication ethics and transparency principles. Information regarding publication fees is disclosed to authors before submission and is publicly available on the journal website.
