Complaints

The Global Journal of Dental Specialty (GJDS) welcomes complaints relating to the editorial process, peer review, publication ethics, or journal management. All complaints are handled promptly, fairly, and confidentially, without discrimination or bias. The Editorial Office investigates each complaint in accordance with the principles of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics).

Appeals

Authors who disagree with an editorial decision may submit a written appeal, providing a clear scientific justification and any supporting evidence. Appeals are reviewed independently by the Editor-in-Chief or an appropriate Editorial Board member who was not directly involved in the original decision. The outcome of the appeal will be communicated to the author in writing.

Editorial Process

The journal is committed to transparency and impartiality throughout the complaints and appeals process. Where necessary, additional reviewers or independent experts may be consulted before a final decision is made. All decisions are based solely on scientific merit, ethical standards, and journal policies.
