Manuscript Submission

All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal's online submission system and prepared according to the journal's author guidelines. Submissions are screened for completeness, formatting, plagiarism, and compliance with ethical standards before entering the peer review process.

Peer Review Management

The journal follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure fair, unbiased, and independent evaluation. Manuscripts are assessed for originality, scientific quality, methodology, ethical compliance, and clinical relevance. Editorial decisions are based solely on reviewers' recommendations and academic merit.

Editorial Decision-Making

Editors are responsible for making impartial decisions without discrimination or conflicts of interest. Decisions to accept, revise, or reject manuscripts are based on scientific quality, ethical integrity, and the journal's editorial standards, in accordance with ICMJE and COPE recommendations.

Issue Compilation and Publication

Accepted articles undergo copyediting, layout formatting, DOI assignment, and issue scheduling before publication. The Editorial Office ensures each issue is compiled accurately and published according to the journal's publication schedule.

Copyediting and Proofreading

Professional copyediting and proofreading are performed to improve grammar, consistency, formatting, and readability while preserving the scientific accuracy of the manuscript. Authors receive page proofs for final review before publication.

Author Support

The Editorial Office provides assistance throughout the submission and publication process, including manuscript preparation, technical support, revision guidance, and responses to publication-related inquiries.

Publication Ethics

The journal adheres to internationally recognized publication ethics and follows the recommendations of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and best practices expected by Scopus-indexed journals. The journal is committed to transparency, research integrity, confidentiality, and the responsible handling of ethical concerns.
